Lomo saltado is very popular Peruvian dish, a dish that usually combines quite a bit of marinated strips of sirloin with vegetables like onions and tomatoes. The dish is almost always served with french fries. The dish originated from Peru of course but it was heavily inspired by Chinese cuisine.
This dish is often served in many peruvian resteraunts and is still a staple dish in Peru today. In fact, it has also gained some popularity in the United States as well
